1st Course: Fromage de Chevre, golden and red beets, grapefruit
2nd Course: Salad Nicoise, yellow fin, oil cured olives, heirloom vegetables, quail egg, anchovy, citrus vinaigrette
3rd Course: Galette of oyster mushrooms and swiss chard, truffled ricotta
Cheese Course: honey comb, apple, walnut
5th Course: Chocolate, dulce de leche, coconut
