NINA Catering offers its guests a unique take on dining. We employ organic and ethically raised ingredients in order to bring you food with integrity. We provide everything from a plated multi-course meal to family style dining to corporate luncheons and events.

Our point of view as cooks is inspired by our loyalty to traveling the world in order to explore cultures first hand through food. NINA and Coattails are our ways of sharing these discoveries with you. Enkindled by our sustained curiosity, we bring something honest, new, and inspired, to your dinner table.

Coattails  is a gourmet fast casual kitchen located in the bier garden at Woodwright Brewing Co. in Downtown Dunedin, Florida.

We offer an ever changing menu of what we like to call Old-world Street Food. We aim to explore the street foods of the world through our own expression. From House-Made Falafel to Bavarain Pretzels, we have something for every palate. Vegetarian? Vegan? We got you!

Check out our bar snacks at the freshest joint in Dunedin, Reboot Arcade Bar! This hip Bladerunner inspired bar covers all the bases.. from classic pin ball to a private VR room. We knew you would work up an appetite… so have one of our apocalypse inspired instant noodle cups or beer nuts!

 

WHO WE ARE

 

The founders of NINA are Kurt Ferguson and Chef Traci Bryant Ferguson. Their mutual wanderlust and taste for the uncertain are what drives them every day. Their extensive travels abroad, both mutual and independent, as well as their years behind the line have come to define who they are as gastronomes.  From living on a small goat farm in France learning to make cheese, whole animal butchery in England, extensive coffee training in Australia, wine tasting in Hungary, Italy, and Bavaria, studying farm to table cookery from the best of the city in Pittsburgh, learning patisserie and baking from scratch, teaching ourselves the wonders of fermentation, eating our way across the underbelly of Northern and Southern Thailand, drinking our way through Germany (very important research of course!), to discovering what it means to be a perfect hot dog in Copenhagen. We have sweat, we have endured, we have eaten, and we have come out with all of our best kept secrets that we just cannot keep to ourselves.  Food is for sharing, and so are ideas.  So why not share what we hold most dear, our idea of food.
